Friday 26th February 2015 saw CAMRA in Gloucester visit The Red Lion in Arlingham to present the award for our Rural Pub of the Year 2015 to Nick and Jo White. A pub threatened with closure and rescued by the local community on June 5th 2013. “Following considerable refurbishment we opened our doors again on November 1st 2013 – out of the hands of a pub co, The Red Lion is once more a free house.”
Always four regular local guest ales on offer – although there were 5 on the night of our visit 🙂 and a great menu. Take a trip down to the lovely village of Arlingham to see what all the fuss is about!
